Running Your Group

So you’ve begun the process of setting up your group, chosen a structure and written and adopted your governing document – now it’s time to think about how your group will be run. In this session we’ll look at:

 ·         Forming a management committee/board

·         Overall responsibilities of the management committee

·         Roles and responsibilities of committee members including officers – chair, secretary and treasurer

·         Legal duties of charity trustees and directors of charitable companies and CICs

This course will take place at Red Zebra’s head office at 124 Middle Wall, Whitstable CT5 1BW and places cost £30 per person.
