Social Prescribing Projects

Red Zebra deliver three Social Prescribing projects across South East Kent.

Social Prescribing is connecting people with useful services and groups with the aim of improving wellbeing and quality of life. We refer into services that can offer things like befriending, peer support groups, carer support, counselling, housing and benefits advice, social groups, volunteering, and much, much more!

Our focus is on empowering the people that we work with to make positive changes in their own lives to help reduce the pressure on our NHS. We’re are led by what the person we’re working with needs, so the Social Prescribing journey looks different for every individual because everyone is unique and has different areas they want to focus on improving- find out more below!
